348V: Science Fiction Series with Swords Made of Leaves

I am looking for an old sci-fi series.  Probably 1960s.  I think there were at least 3 books.
One distinct thing i remember is they used plant leaves as swords.  The plants were native to that planet

Do you possibly remember Zilpha Keatley Snyder’s Green Sky trilogy? It comprised Below the Root, And All Between, and Until the Celebration. They’re juvenile books written in the 1970s and I don’t remember them well let alone whether leaves were used as swords, but your points of leaves and trilogy made me think of it.

A bit of a long shot but maybe Harry Harrison’s Deathworld series? I don’t specifically remember leaves as swords but the animal and plant life was certainly capable of warfare.

Even longer shot. Maybe something in the vein of Big Sword • (1958) • novelette by Pauline Ashwell [as by Paul Ash] ( Astounding Science Fiction (UK) – 1959) The plantlike migratory creatures grow swords in order to defent themselves.
