When I was a child, my mother bought me a book from the University of South Florida’s St. Pete campus. It was by a USF graduate. This would have been in the very late 70’s or early 80’s. I would say between 1979 and no later than 1985. I remember it being read to me before I started 1st grade. Many people try to convince me it was Ferdinand the bull, but from what I see of it, this is not the right book.<\/p>\n
It was about a cow who wore galoshes. I believe they were red. I<\/p>\n
