Title includes word “green.” Takes place 1800’s or early 1900’s? Rural. A girl lives with her aunts, loves to clean and bake. She loves a boy in large family whose father is a wanderer, gone a lot. Boy thinks he is too thus can’t marry her. But finds out he is a home-body too. Sweet novel.
