Many years ago, I partially read a sci-fi novel that portrayed a Lesbian society on the moon and some centaur-like aliens. Unfortunately, at this point, that’s all I remember besides the desire to find it again.

Could it be Herland, by Charlotte Perkins Gilman? Here’s the Wikipedia entry. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herland_(novel)
Sounds very interesting, but definitely not.
Titan, by John Varley? Not really about lesbians, but they are in it, and the native lifeform are Centaurs
Don’t think so…
Sounds like a Joanna Russ…
Her work sounds amazing! But none of the ones I’ve looked are it…
Could that be Midnight at the Well of Souls by Jack Chalker? It’s not the main premise of the book but there is a society of all women and various centaur aliens on a sort of abandoned planet.
