I can’t remember much except the book was beautifully Illustrated and I loved looking at the pictures. It was a large size book as I recall. What I can remember is that the bunny ate snowdrops. That’s all I have. Good luck.

Is it Marshmallow, by Clare Turlay Newberry?
Or Home for a Bunny by Garth Williams?
I checked out Home for a Bunny myself, and there were no snowdrops; I don’t remember any in Marshmallow either, especially because that’s more of a bunny-in-the-house story (“no home’s complete without a rabbit!”). The funny thing is that, in searching, it appears that real rabbits don’t like snowdrops at all. Must have been a touch of writer’s fancy (or a bunny with unique tastes),
