207I: i hope you can find my book

I am sorry I do not know the title.
The Book I loved was yellow and thick.I believe it was published somewhere between 1982 and 1988.has black and white pictures through it. It was something of an anthology. It had knock knock jokes, tongue twisters, funny poems, and stories

This book wasn’t a silverstein book. Those books are just original poetry by Shel. The book I had had short stories and poems and jokes that were more a collection of older things. There were two short Mark twain stories, knock knock jokes, marzy doates, And an old limerick ‘ shake and shake the ketchup bottle. None will come and then a lottle.’ Stuff like that

    Hello,
I think we are looking for that same book. I r ember my library having 1 hard copy with a tan cover. Most likely published late. 70’s/early 80’s since I found it around 1982/1983 & our library was not very good. The book I remember had a little of everything. Unfortunately, I do not know title or author so I am searching as well. If you ever do find it, please pass the title along.
    Good luck

Could it be “A Treasury of Games, Riddles, Mystery Stunts, Tricks, etc.” by Carl Withers? There’s a copy of the book on Amazon.
