364T: Little girls playing dress up

Description of book with helpful details: 2 girls (friends) playing dress up, hanging clothes on a line, and maybe a tea party. Book had pen and ink illustrations I believe. I remember a drawing of one of the girls wearing high heels that were of course too big for her. I checked this book out of my grammar school library many times, probably in the late 60’s.

The Sign on Rosie’s Door by Maurice Sendak? I remember the clothes hanging up and the too-big high heels.

One of the Catherine Woolley books possibly.
Maybe Cathy’s Little Sister? I think it has a very similar sounding illustrations and Chris had a party during her playdate after they played dress up.
